Having been named “Richmond’s Best Realtor” by readers of Richmond Magazine in 2009, Shannon Harton has over 25 years of professional experience in real estate, sales & marketing, including helping families make their vacation dreams come true in a real estate sales role with the Disney Vacation Club in Orlando, Florida. In that role, he first realized how rewarding it can be to help people achieve their goals by guiding them through the real estate process in a hands-on, highly personal way.

Shannon holds a degree in marketing communication from the University of Kentucky, and is a member of the Richmond Realtors Association and the Central Virginia Multiple Listing Service. He stands among the top-ranked Realtors nationwide in earning his Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) accreditations, as well as being a Certified Relocation Specialist.
